The first and the last projects are built by Mamatjan Lab, the former being the stroke risk recommender system and latter being the heart attack monitor.

Stroke Monitoring System

The stroke risk recommender system is meant for doctors and patients to view the patient's risk of having a stroke. On the website, there is a chart and a graph that shows the patient the main factors that could cause a stroke and how much each poses as a risk towards the patient. The patient can then download the results as a pdf.

Cancer Classifier (Molecular Pathology)

The cancer classifier is a system that is a helping tool for pathologists and clinicians to classify the patient’s cancer. This tool is based on XAI, the new most effective and accurate AI system, and can use available data to give clinicians and pathologists precise answers.

Heart Attack Risk Recommender

The Heart Attack Risk Recommender shows both doctors and patients the patient's risk of having a heart attack just by downloading an installation by wearing a smartwatch. The recommended smartwatches are the Apple Watch or the Samsung Smart Watch. There is also a website in which the doctor and the patient can view a chart and a graph displaying the main factors that could cause a heart attack and which ones to be more careful about. The patient can also download the results from the website as a pdf.
