OODA Clinical Decision Support System

A modular AI-based platform built around the Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act framework to support clinicians in stroke-related decision making with transparent, explainable, and human-guided outputs.

Project Overview

The OODA Clinical Decision Support System helps clinicians analyze patient data, estimate stroke risk, interpret model results, and refine recommendations before generating a final report.

The platform is designed to keep the clinician in the loop at every stage, making the system more transparent, explainable, and practical for real clinical workflows.

How to Use the System

After launching the platform and signing in, the user enters patient clinical information and moves through the OODA workflow. Each stage provides decision support while preserving human oversight.

Observe

Enter patient details and relevant clinical indicators into the system.

Orient

Review predicted stroke risk, key contributing factors, and similar historical patient cases.

Decide

Inspect AI-generated clinical insights, ask follow-up questions, and refine recommendations.

Act

Generate and review the final report to support informed clinical decision-making.
